Limitation of Liability: Ebenezer Niche LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use The RainRider Pack™ or any related products.

Product Misuse: Ebenezer Niche LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse, abuse, or improper use of The RainRider Pack™. The product is designed for rain protection purposes only and must be used responsibly and in accordance with all provided instructions.

Personal Injury: Ebenezer Niche LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from accidents, falls, or incidents involving The RainRider Pack™ when used outside of its intended purpose or contrary to provided safety guidelines.

Children's Products: Products in the RainRider Pack™ Kids Collection are designed for children ages 4 and older. Adult supervision is recommended. Keep all packaging materials away from children under 3 years of age. The umbrella deployment mechanism should be demonstrated to children by an adult before first use.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Ebenezer Niche LLC's total liability to any customer exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Each RainRider Pack™ is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes the integrated umbrella deployment mechanism, charging system, and structural components of the backpack.

What Is Covered: Manufacturing defects, failure of the umbrella deployment mechanism under normal use, battery or charging system defects, and structural failures not caused by misuse or accident.

What Is Not Covered: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or repairs. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product documentation are not covered.

Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, contact us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will repair or replace the defective product at our sole discretion, free of charge, within the warranty period.

Replacement Policy: Ebenezer Niche LLC reserves the right to replace a defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value. Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Battery & Charging System: The RainRider Pack™ umbrella deployment system is powered by a rechargeable battery. Battery capacity naturally diminishes over time with use. Battery degradation is not covered under warranty unless it results from a manufacturing defect. We recommend fully charging your RainRider Pack™ before each use and storing it in a cool, dry place.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with your RainRider Pack™, please contact us before leaving a review. We are committed to making it right. Our customer service team responds within 24 hours.

Limitation: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
